Description
This RICARDO sous-vide precision cooker allows ultra-precise and fast cooking while preserving flavors and textures. Its principle is simple: just seal your food in a plastic bag, immerse it in a container filled with water (saucepan, glass bowl or cooler) and attach the device to it using its spring clip. The result: perfectly cooked meats, seafood, vegetables and (even!) desserts.
