This RICARDO perforated mold has been specially designed for quiches and tarts for which a crispier crust is desired. Its small perforations allow air and moisture to pass through, resulting in a beautiful crispy and golden pastry every time. Thanks to its removable bottom, unmolding and cleaning are quick and easy.
