Born in Normandin in 1988, Laurie Marois has always had an innate talent for the arts in all its forms.
It was only at the age of 19 that she discovered an interest in painting during her studies in plastic arts in Jonquière and obtained a Bachelor's degree in arts education at UQAC. She then moved to Quebec where she combined the profession of teacher and that of painter.
Now a full-time artist, Laurie is known for her works featuring colorful animals with evocative looks. His realistic creations with a hint of expressiveness transport us to his whimsical universe where creativity surpasses reality.
