Description
ZOÉ extra virgin olive oil is made from the Koroneiki olive which is considered the best Greek olive in the world. It is known to be rich in polyphenols (antioxidants) and monounsaturated fats as well as having the freshest and most balanced taste in the world.
The olive oil is neither blended nor filtered. Koroneiki olives are hand-picked each November while still green and pressed a few hours after harvest. This gives to extra virgin olive oil its very low acidity between 0.2% and 0.4% maximum.
