Natural Olive Oil: Extracted from olives grown in the hills of Morena in Greece. The region provides an ideal climate for the cultivation of the Koroneiki olive, which creates a sweet oil with a nutty taste and a buttery texture.
Zoë Vinegar: A perfect blend of grape must and red wine vinegar aged for different periods of time. When mixed together, they create a sweet and tangy balsamic vinegar mixture. The product is made from the juice of freshly picked white grapes (typically Trebbiano grapes) which are then fermented with a slow aging process that concentrates the flavors. The flavor intensifies over the years as the vinegar is stored in wooden barrels. It then becomes soft, viscous and very concentrated.
