We place a special emphasis on the customer experience, offering a personalised service and advice tailored to each visitor.
Job Description:
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous retail experience is an asset, but we are also open to developing motivated and enthusiastic candidates. The ability to work in a team, adapt quickly to changing customer needs and maintain a positive and dynamic work environment are essential qualities to succeed in this role.
SKILLS:
- Know in depth the characteristics of the products offered in store.
- Master cash register procedures and cash register systems.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the services and benefits of our brand.
- Familiar with store layout, organization and contact persons.
- Understand the commercial policy of our establishment.
- Have technical expertise of the products sold, including their composition, their specificities and their positioning in relation to the competition.
- Develop a sales pitch tailored to each product and customer profile.
- Offer additional sales in a relevant and respectful manner.
- Cultivate a sense of customer service and prioritize personalized advice.
- Establish relationships of trust with customers by being available and attentive.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when dealing with a diverse clientele and different situations.
Tasks :
- Warmly welcome customers into the store and listen carefully to their needs.
- Advise customers in the choice of products according to their preferences and specific needs.
- Ensure the careful presentation of the different departments of the store.
- Build customer loyalty through the quality of the welcome, advice and product presentation.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, the store manager, the logistics and purchasing coordinator, as well as members of management.
- Perform any other related tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the store.

Classification:
- Level 4
Hourly rate:
- From $17.37/h to $23.00/h
- Increase of 3% per year for the first 3 years
Place :
- Saint-Félicien and/or Chambord (Val-Jalbert)
Vacation :
- 8% paid vacation from the third year (equivalent to 4 weeks per year) Working hours:
- Full-time position: 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on - 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off) This involves working every other weekend during busy periods.
- Part-time or seasonal positions available
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
