The Maison du Bleuet under reconstruction, spokes in the wheels

La Maison du Bleuet is gradually rising from its ashes. Despite the diligence shown by owners Marc and Esther Cayouette, the reconstruction is being delayed due to the pandemic. Ashes are indeed all that was left by the fire that ravaged the previous premises of the Maison du Bleuet on December 14, 2019.
Undaunted, the owners quickly drew up a reconstruction plan which also provided for an increase in their production capacity.
Soon to be completed, the new building located at 559 Route 169, in Saint-Félicien, will have an area of 12,000 square feet, 7,000 more than the previous one.
Until the official opening of their new point of sale, owners must nevertheless arm themselves with patience.
