This sauce is made with our delicious Organic Blueberry Syrup and our Blueberry Honey.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) blueberry syrup
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) whisky
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) tomato paste
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) blueberry honey
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) white wine vinegar
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) onion powder
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp) garlic powder
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp) cayenne pepper powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring with a whisk.
  2. Pepper.
  3. Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring a few times during cooking.
  4. Serve with your favorite grilled meats

Tips

  • Baste meats before cooking on the BBQ to maximize the flavor of your meat.
  • Keep for up to 10 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Add cayenne pepper powder for a spicier sauce.

    Votre recette de sauce BBQ avec sirop de bleuet est excellente. J’ai fait un petit ajout. Piments en flocons(1/4 c.t) et de l’ail noir de l’ile D’Orléans.(1 gousse écrasée)….et 3-4 gouttes de concentré de fumée….wow…👌
