Ingredients
- 4 bags (or 4 spoons) of blueberry green tea from Maison du Bleuet
- 3 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons honey (see blueberry honey )
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup coconut juice (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger (optional)
- ½ cup orange juice (optional)
Steps
- Boil 2 cups of water. Steep the 4 tea bags and ginger in the hot water for 4 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and add honey, coconut juice, sugar and salt. Stir to dissolve.
- Dilute tea with 1 more cup of cold water. Add lemon and orange juice to taste. Refrigerate before using.
